We provide installations for various technologies, from Smart Home Alarms and home automation to fiber optics, to satellite dishes. No experience is required, just a desire to provide excellent service to our customers **Positions are available in Toronto and the GTA.** **Responsibilities**: - Install alarm and security systems including CCTV and Access Control - Troubleshoot and repair security systems - Maintain communication with dispatch and customers staying on schedule - Maintain inventory of provided parts & supplies - Educate customers on how to operate and use their alarm - Provide Best in Class Customer Service **What we are looking for**: - Minimum Grade 12 education - Experience with low voltage, electrical, or cabling of any type - Familiar with the use of everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers) - Computer hardware and software knowledge - Prior customer service background and strong sales abilities - Ability to work independently and as an interactive member of a team - Holds a valid Class G Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle suitable for the work - **Ability to perform work safely in all types of conditions - indoor and outdoor** - Acute attention to detail - A positive, solutions-based attitude and customer-centric style that will allow you to deal with difficult situations with honesty, warmth, and **sincerity** - Ability to work 1 weekend and 1 evening shift (available until 7pm) per week - This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check. **About Us**: During a time where being connected through technology has never been more important, we bring the best wireline and wireless technology and solutions together to create exceptional customer experiences.
