**The Opportunity**
**What you will be doing**
- Evaluate current Yardi environment and recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Stay current on new offering from Yardi and evaluate for usefulness in our environment.
- Recommend, test, and implement Yardi features, modules, plug-ins, enhancements, etc.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.
- Focus on advanced requests and incidents requiring a deeper level of knowledge.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, working closely with others in IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain and develop custom Yardi reports, workflows and menu sets.
- Create custom SQL reports, correspondence, and reporting packages as needed for accounting, senior EHRx and property management.
- Work with other 3rd party software and service providers to create automated integrations and RPA processes.
- Assist with Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and set-ups.
**What we’re looking for**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience Yardi, preferably Senior Living using Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, Procure to Pay, Wellness, Payment Processing or Construction Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- A knowledge of SQL Server databases, SSRS, Yardi Report writing and queries
- Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations based on observations.
- Familiarity with Senior living, basic accounting principles, or both.
- Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, RentCafe Senior CRM, EHR, Payment Processing, RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Wellness, Procure to Pay, Job Cost, Vendor Café.
- Any experience with Salesforce or UIPath considered an asset.
