Orange Fashion Village is looking for experienced, passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic wholesale/retail fashion sales personnel to join our team. The position entails calling clients, being able to present and educate customers on our unique brand.

Be ready to perform and exceed as an individual and as a team. We are looking for dynamic individuals that provide superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide superior customer service by assisting customers with their purchases
- Follow sales related policies and procedures
- Assist in the maintenance of all store inventory and stocking procedures
- Promote and present store brands to customers
- ‪Assist with merchandising, showroom presentations and events in and outside of the office
- Maintain a clean showroom and working environment

Requirements: ‪ ‪
- **Experience in fashion apparel and direct sales environment**:

- **Proficiency in Quickbooks & Microsoft Suites**:

- ‪Outgoing, friendly with a passionate personality
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- ‪Ability to assess customers’ needs and advise solutions
- ‪Desire to grow personal knowledge of our products and the industry
- ‪Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and work with a team

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH YORK, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
