**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From logging and processing new customer orders to ensuring deliveries happen on time, you'll be the go-to person for making sure everything falls into place. You'll stay connected with our customers, provide timely updates, and handle any challenges with a positive, solution-focused approach.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Logging and processing new customer orders
- Monitoring pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance
- Confirming load deliveries and communicating any waiting times as they occur
- Troubleshooting delivery issues quickly and effectively
- Staying in touch with customers to provide updates and address questions
- Coordinating equipment availability and keeping everyone in the loop
- Supporting your team and jumping in where needed to keep things moving

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience: 1+ years in a similar role
- Education: Degree or diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
- Leadership: Experience training and coaching operations staff is required
- Skills: Analytical mindset, great with problem-solving and organization
- Personality: Positive, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
- Team Player: Works well with others and builds strong relationships
