**Overview**:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive for our growing startup. The
Customer Relationship Executive should be able to provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective customers, and assist our sales and marketing team. Your duties will include; working with Origen Air’s Chief Development Officer and building lasting relationships with customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve company growth through the acquisition of new customers.
- Meet or exceed outreach and sales targets outlined by Origen Air.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by visiting installation sites and maintaining units.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
- Prepare contracts and necessary documents for customers.
- Diligently update the CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
- A strong desire to learn, contribute and be a part of a growing company.

**Work Environment**:
Origen Air has been incorporated for just over three years. As a young company, we are strongly committed to hard work, creativity, and having fun while producing results.

**You Are**:

- Currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution or possess an undergraduate degree in marketing, sales or business administration.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. Canadian citizen, permanent Resident or person who has been granted refugee status).
- Interested in environmental sustainability, workplace health and wellness, and client discovery and success.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage and execute with mínimal supervision.
- Possess knowledge and are passionate about plants.
- Passionate about Customer Service.

**Requirements**:
Should have a Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

**Position Details**:

- Full-time
- $18 - $20
- Number of roles available: 1

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
