**The Role**:
To support our major retail customers in Canada and in the US, we have been on an expansion journey at our facility. This includes growing our team. The **Logistics Coordinator** must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties/Responsibilities**

The **Logistics Coordinator** duties will include, but are not limited to:
Logistics
- Assist Logistics in researching vendors for best possible 3P partners in shipping and warehousing
- Assist in preparation of management reports
- Assist in the following support tasks:

- CHEP pallets
- Shipping goods to customers

Procurement
- Assist in researching vendors for various input materials
- Assist in preparation of management reports
- Assist in completing various administrative tasks:

- PO issuance
- 3-way match
- Resolving discrepancies
- Work with analysts, managers, customers and vendors in order to quickly resolve issues in the most efficient manner
- Ad hoc and projects as may be assigned

**Skills/Requirements**
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Business or Supply Chain Degree, Engineering Degree preferred
- Experience working in food manufacturing, bakery industry preferred
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system preferred

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
