**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Team Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and oversee the sanitation team to ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standard.
- Assign daily cleaning tasks, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and corrective actions.

**Industrial Cleaning in Food Manufacturing Areas**:

- Oversee the sanitation of food processing equipment, machinery, and production areas.
- Implement and enforce proper cleaning procedures to prevent contamination and uphold food safety standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure timely and efficient waste disposal to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify sanitation effectiveness and address any issues.

**Office & Facility Cleaning**:

- Ensure routine cleaning of office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
- Maintain hygiene in restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
- Supervise and execute window and glass cleaning, ensuring a presentable work environment.
- Manage and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

**General Facility Upkeep & Special Tasks**:

- Ensure the facility remains tidy, organized, and free from hazards.
- Assist in moving equipment or furniture as needed.
- Respond to special cleaning requests from staff and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in sanitation, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles, sanitation techniques, and cleaning protocols.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a team.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
