- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen with some experience in baking.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation regulations.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
