**Your Mission**:
As a Claims Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our reimbursement process by:

- Receiving receipts in a scanned/paperless environment
- Maintain patient information securely and accurately
- Reviewing submission details to assess eligibility and level of coverage
- Processing approved requests with precise data entry and accuracy
- Investigating claims that require further clarification
- Organizing work and documentation to ensure timely, accurate payment processing

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- High attention to detail with quick and accurate data entry skills
- Familiarity with claims processing is a strong asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual in French and English (required to support communication with both internal and external stakeholders)

**Compensation**: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
