We have an immediate need to fill roles on all shifts as indicated below. Successful applicants will have at least 2+ years logistics experience and have experience working in a warehouse setting. Excellent opportunity for growth and advancement with benefits and regular rate reviews.
We are recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team
Responsibilities Include:
- Processes and inputs all customer orders, generates work orders and checks orders for special requests.
- Schedules inbound or outbound customer appointments and communicates expected lead times and special accommodations.
- Liaising with facility and in house operations teams through effective communication to coordinate shipments and provide exceptional service to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by identifying all services performed so they can be communicated to billing department.
- Works with trucking companies to schedule pick up appointments for orders.
- Keeps customers informed about the status of pending actions and inquiries about customer satisfaction to ensure consistent level of service targets are being achieved.

- Liaises with the customer to address any damages or returns (OS&D). Investigate and complete relevant paperwork.
- QuickBooks experience
- Working with Transportation Companies
- Arrange bookings/ planning shipments
- Follow up with Suppliers
- Works effectively as a part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals
- Proven strength in communication and relation building
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience would be an asset
- Some post-secondary education is an asset
- Strong time management skills with the proven ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
