Daycare Director

Qualifications:

- Supervisor Certificate (level 3) required with a minimum of five years of relevant practical experience as an Director in a licensed daycare setting and first aid, valid criminal record check
- Deal with child registrations
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the day to day operations of the child care centre
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Must be flexible and willing to step in and cover a position if needed
- Willing to work in ratio if the situation requires
- Excellent communication skills, able to respond to parents, children & staff
- Knowledge of the childcare claims and subsidy system
- Able to maintain the smooth daily operation of the daycare site and function as part of a cohesive team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
