We seek a dynamic and experienced **Daycare Manager** to lead our team, drive enrollment growth, and ensure operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and staff.
- **Enrollment Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment to full capacity through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure full compliance with Alberta childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
- **Parent Engagement**: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and maintaining open communication.
- **Program Development**: Design and oversee age-appropriate programs that promote learning and development.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal health.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A valid **Child Development Supervisor Certification (Level 3)** in Alberta (or equivalent).
- A two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two years in a leadership role within a licensed childcare facility.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in childcare management software and financial oversight.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Clear criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector search.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
