**Job Summary**

Looking for a devoted and experienced site supervisor to regulate construction projects from initiation to the end. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing personnel, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The Site supervisor will coordinate and complete construction tasks according to predetermined priorities and plans, providing leadership support, assisting in creating construction schedules, enforcing quality standards, monitoring project performance, managing project expenditures and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance of safe work practices and health and safety legislations, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate on-site activities and monitor job progress; procure materials if required.
- Ensure that buildings are erected to the customer’s satisfaction, according to specifications and within the required timeframe, as per Alberta Building Code.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative control on the job site to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and material usage.
- Attend and participate in, on and off-site meetings; including but not limited to health and safety meetings.
- Monitor schedules and update on a daily basis. Communicate with various stakeholders and the General Contractor.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read structural shop drawings, layouts and erection drawings.
- Thorough understanding of construction practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and standards in construction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Construction experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
