**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers

utilizing Internet information sources
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making
processes, and pain-points
- Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how Sage could be a possible solution to decision
- makers across multiple B2B segments
- Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
- Develop product knowledge to explain features to prospective clients and answer questions about Sage’s
products and services
- Document and manage all activity within Salesforce
- Ensure target talk time, phone calls, and call quality are met
- Be proactive to development, coaching and progression opportunities

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, outbound sales, account management or business development in high tech or SaaS industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or Technology preferred
- Proven ability to converse with and influence decision makers
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment
