**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance players' skills and understanding of soccer.
- Conduct regular practices focusing on technical skills, tactics, and physical fitness.
- Educate players on game rules, strategies, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and lead team activities, including practices, games, and tournaments.
- Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player development and team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in coaching soccer or playing at a competitive level is preferred.
- University students enrolled in Kinesiology or similar educational pathways are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to educate players effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with players of all ages and backgrounds.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and respect among all participants.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the organization.
