Sports Instructor for Kids

Sportball invites energetic, enthusiastic, sports-oriented people to join our coaching team.

Applicants should have previous experience with sports and should have a passion for working with children. An educational background in Kinesiology, Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, Physical Education or Personal Training is helpful but not required.

Sportball is a non-competitive sports instruction program that introduces children between 16 months and 12 years to fitness and the skills associated with eight different sports (soccer, hockey, football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis and golf).

Candidates should be comfortable working with younger children including toddlers, as many of our programs focus on this age group.

All coaches are provided with comprehensive initial and ongoing training and support in Sportball methodology and program delivery.

  • Transportation is required. Coaches are required to travel to and from locations with all necessary equipment.
  • Positions are part-time, year-round, long-term.
  • Coaches must be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday morning
