**Shipper-Receiver /Material Handler & Logistics**

**Shift**:7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m, Monday - Friday

Nolar Industries is a converter and distributor of nonwoven products (roll goods) for use in automotive, furniture, bedding, construction, and various industrial markets. **Essential Functions**
- Unload and load trucks, verifying quantities and quality against documentation from carrier, vendor documents, purchase orders, and/or packing list
- Complete receiving documentation
- Complete export documents for international shipments (mostly USA)
- Ship and receive all outgoing and incoming goods domestically and internationally (typically ground transportation)
- Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, and staging of products
- Responsible of dealing with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e., packing sheets, bills of lading, export shipping documentation)
- Undertake physical inventory counts and stock checks
- Coordinate logistics (ground transportation), schedule and follow up with carriers
- Maintain shipping material inventory
- Perform responsibilities in compliance with all healthy and safety standards and regulations
- First in/first out inventories
- Submit COAs with each lot number/shipment
- Reports directly to Plant Manager

**Skills and Abilities**
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft)
- Knowledge of and experience in general shipping and receiving procedures (Canada and USA) - LTL and full TL
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- Performs work independently with mínimal supervision
- Possesses a high degree of initiative
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work using health and safety methods
- Some leadership capabilities required
- Committed to excellent customer service when communicating with customers

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years or more related experience - **automotive experience an asset**:

- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
- Experience with a carpet boom and clamp truck to stack rolls an asset
- Familiarity with submitting COAs for each lot number/shipment an asset
- Familiarity with EDI and ASNs an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
