**Shipper / Receiver**

We are looking for you

Our Shipper / Receiver will be responsible for shipping, receiving and material handling. Each function requires maintaining appropriate documentation and electronic management of the movement of materials, hardware, parts, and supplies. Shipping and Receiving is a key component in allocating, controlling and maintaining constant flow of materials and parts throughout the plant for work orders and daily processes.

**Your Objective**:

- Prepare/process documents and packages materials, hardware, parts, supplies, goods, etc... for shipment transport to customers.
- Ensure all types of hardware, labels and parts are present at the time of shipping.
- Organize storage and staging locations of finished goods ready for shipment
- Ensure all previous work order sequences are complete and parts have passed MQT inspection as applicable.
- Contact customers and transport companies to arrange pickup and delivery; picks up and delivers required goods, material, and consumables to/from Dellcom Aerospace Industries, vendors and customers.
- Inspect and verify incoming and/or outgoing material, hardware, parts, supplies, goods etcto ensure compliance with tolerance/quality standards. Complete applicable documentation, recording accuracies and discrepancies as required.
- Handle required data entry, documentation and distribution of information for shipping, receiving, scanning purchase orders, etcinto electronic management system (EMS).
- Perform additional administrative, customer service, pickup and delivery tasks as applicable.

**Success Requires**:

- Basic math skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, ISO procedural knowledge, and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Forklift training is an asset, however not a requirement.
- Knowledge of different metals including: the type, thickness, and grade.
- Must also have a valid drivers license.
