**Description**:
BE PART OF THE SUCCESS - 2 newly renovated hotels and 1 more coming soon The Multi-Property Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all sales and marketing efforts for The Comforts Inn, Brossard, Boucherville and the soon to be renovated Comfort Inn Laval, including acquiring new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, developing group and base business, and executing sales and marketing strategies to maximize property profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Responsabilités**:
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel sales and revenue across multiple properties. - Actively acquire new business and maintain existing accounts through cold calling, prospecting, scheduled sales calls, direct mail campaigns and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to generate group business, including room sales, catering and banquet services.
- Prepare quotes and negotiate prices within established parameters. Upon booking, prepare sales contracts, coordinate and follow up with other hotel departments to ensure delivery of promised services as originally agreed.
- Assist the General Manager in developing and updating the hotel business plan, including sales targets and plans that support the company's overall business and sales strategies.
- Develop quarterly action plans that take into account priorities and quotas and execute sales activities outlined in the hotel or individual action plan.
- Participate in professional and industry organizations, representing hotels in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and participate in venues and trade shows and functions.
- Utilize property sales system to track, solicit and follow up on accounts. - Participate in training and special projects as prescribed by the hotel/brand.
- Independently assume responsibility for the achievement of all objectives defined in action plans.
- Ensure effective performance management for group bookings produced and contracted.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required. - Perform daily account prospecting and development tasks as well as site inspections.
- Recognize and monitor competitive sales and marketing strategies and gather market and competitive information to assist in the development of a strategic plan.
- Use of personal vehicle to travel locally or to other sites is a primary job function.
**Compétences**:
- Hospitality Management Degree an asset
- Choice Hotels experience an asset
- Two years of professional experience in hotel sales -Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal skills Bilingual French/English Extensive knowledge of computer programs Dynamic personality with exceptional organizational and communication skills
