We are looking to expand our team by hiring additional taproom and event staff.

**Job Description Details**:

- Greeting all visitors to the tasting room and/or event tent, and pours beers for tasting promptly and courteously
- Informing and educating customers on the company and our beers
- Effectively suggests and sells our beers to customers, guiding customers to the brews they might enjoy best
- Setting up and cleaning up daily operations and special events
- accurately performing beer inventory and money handling procedures.
- Stocking beers and merchandise in the tasting room or at the farmers market
- Following AGCO guidelines, including Smart Serve regulations
- Handling routine purchases, including operating a cash register
- Acquires and maintains through knowledge of the brewery and our beers
- Working in a team environment and open to performing other duties as assigned
- Able to be responsive and flexible at last minute requests.
- Assists customers with transporting beers to their vehicles.
- Drive company vehicle to events and set up booth and equipment.
- Describes brews and brewery history to customers.
- Answers visitor's questions and able to provide general tourist information.
- Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of breweries and our beers.
- Work in a team environment and open to performing other duties as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for, or willingness to learn about craft beer.
- Excellent people skills; able to project a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
- Able to perform quality work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certification required.
- G2 licence at a minimum.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Retail experience a plus.
- Professional demeanor.
- Able to lift kegs and cases of beer. (10KG from the ground or a cart)
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to and potentially over 8 hours a day.
- Weekends, holidays, early mornings and evenings required.
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
