**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to cafe standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service, including banquet events and catering functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, including fine dining or restaurant experience.
- Customer service experience is essential; familiarity with barista duties is a plus.
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is required.
