**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Operate and oversee the use of concrete-related equipment such as mixers, pumps, screeds, and finishing tools.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and manage crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor material usage and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of concrete and related materials.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment maintenance, and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or maintenance as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes.
- Hands-on experience with concrete equipment and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in concrete finishing or related field.
- OSHA or other safety certifications.
- Experience with GPS or laser-guided equipment for concrete placement.
