Concrete Labourer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of work areas, including clearing debris, setting up forms, and ensuring proper subgrade preparation.
- Assist in the installation and placement of concrete, including pouring, spreading, and leveling.
- Use various tools and equipment, such as trowels, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and stamping mats, to achieve desired finishes.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve high-quality results.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or lead workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in concrete construction, preferably with a focus on stamped concrete, sealing, and colouring.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and design specifications.
- Proficiency in using concrete finishing tools, such as trowels, edgers, and stamping mats.
- Familiarity with concrete mixing ratios and the ability to accurately measure and mix concrete materials.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license.
