Whiteout Group Inc. is looking for a Full-Time, dedicated team players with forming and finishing experience in the concrete industry, who are hardworking, take pride in their work, and have knowledge of industry safety standards, procedures and working as a team player with other to execute tasks as assigned.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the work area by cleaning, setting up forms and ensuring proper drainage.
- Placing and securing concrete forms, ensuring they are properly aligned.
- Construct, erect, install and repair forms and fixtures of wood or plywood using carpenters hand tools and power tools.
- Install and tie rebar and wire mesh.
- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete to the specific depth and contour.
- Create textures using various finishing techniques.
- Monitor and control the curing process to ensure proper hardening of the concrete.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specification.
- Repair and patch imperfections or cracks in the concrete as needed.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques.
- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to complete job on time with attention to detail and emphasis on craftsmanship.
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees and sub-contractors to adopt safety as a culture.

**Experience & Requirements**:

- Experience in heavy construction considered an asset.
- Concrete finishing and forming experience minimum 2 years.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
- Physically fit with high endurance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Be willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving abstract an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
