**Main duties**:
1. Promoting our forage hay and other feed crops, such as oats, field peas, etc., on the Korean market

2. Use your established sales channel or networking in Korea to find out potential clients, or to identify and develop opportunities with prospective clients in Korea

3. Visit existing and potential clients to promote the products, source and develop referrals

4. Manage a sales and marketing team and motivate them to approach clients in different ways, meet or exceed monthly sales goals

5. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on the market

6. Develop a feasible sales and marketing plan and discuss it with the regional manager and colleagues for support

7. Extensive domestic and international travel as required

8. Perform other related duties as assigned

**f. Salary: C$ 60000-65000/Year**

**g. Working hours**: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/ week

**k. Required Skills and Qualifications**:
a. A background in international business development, ideally in livestock and dairy industry

b. 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in an agriculture and livestock or similar industry

c. Have a diploma or degree in marketing/communication/business administration / or other related discipline

d. Able to speak Korean preferred
