**We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join our amazing team of visionary individuals at Prenuvo.** This is a unique opportunity in a fast-growing startup environment. Your role in the process is about conversion of inbound inquiries into customers

This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop their career in sales or business development, and wants to learn how to create product/market fit from iterating with and learning from customers. This is a salaried role that also features a commission structure based on revenue generation for the company.

**What you'll do**:

- Answer inbound customer calls; providing product and service knowledge, customer support, addressing inquiries, and connecting with other departments as necessary
- Strive to meet customers where they are and then guide — not push — them through the decision-making process
- Record detailed call notes, opportunity notes, and customer information in the CRM
- Effectively follow the lead sales process as per the sales playbook. Action all assigned leads and follow the sales cadence
- Develop strategies to increase sales conversion rates
- Deliver top level customer experiences
- Become an expert in our internal systems, and helping streamline our processes
- Provide feedback to other areas of the business, such as logistics, marketing & business development

- Previous Inside Sales experience is a bonus, but not a necessity
