**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who reach out to us, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be crucial in converting inquiries into sales. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support by answering questions related to product specifications and usage.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes is desirable.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Pay: From $3,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
