The **Outdoor Grounds** **Maintenance **position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our property. This position requires a fast-paced, flexible individual who takes a systematic approach to keeping our property in ‘like new’ condition.

**Duties**
- Ensure that the parking lot, sidewalks and curbs are clean and free of debris.
- Shovel snow, spread salt and ensure safe operation of snow blowers.
- Maintains the exterior of the building in Like New condition; pressure washing, exterior painting.
- Preventative maintenance of equipment and vehicles; Ensure cleanliness and good working order.
- Willingness to accept the most effective role; Completing daily/weekly/monthly tasks and projects as assigned.
- Good knowledge of outdoor landscaping an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep busy under mínimal supervision.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of:

- Garbage
- Parking lot
- Storage rooms
- Fences
- Windows
- Warehouse

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
