**RATE OF PAY**: Hourly **TYPE**: Full Time **DURATION**: Seasonal **AVG. HOURS/WEEK**: 32-40 **SCHEDULE**: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends **EDUCATION**:N/A *** - The Maintenance Worker will perform assigned general maintenance duties to maintain property cleanliness and appearance. - Maintenance workers will perform a variety of indoor and outdoor duties to maintain the appearance and working order of operations on the HOCO property while ensuring Team Member and Guest safety at all times. - G license and a clean driving record required. **SALARY**: $19.70 per hour **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - General labour - Construction demo - Lawn Maintenance: cutting, trimming, raking - Grounds Maintenance: planting, watering, mulching, weeding, hedge and tree trimming - Snow Removal: Plowing and Shoveling - Salting walkways and stairways - Parking Lot Clean-up - Garbage and recycling collection - All other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager **REQUIREMENTS** - Ability to work under mínimal supervision - Ability to prioritize duties - Ability to work day shifts, afternoon shifts, weekends and holidays (on-call snow removal) - Ability to operate lawn mower, trimmer and other maintenance equipment - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and heating maintenance. - Ladder climbing - Medium to heavy lifting - Bending, crouching, reaching - Capable of courteous and professional interaction with guests. - Guest safety is always a priority - Full G driver’s licence and a clean 3-year driver’s abstract is required **ACCOMMODATION** HOCO "Fun by the Falls" is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes and work environment.
