This role will have an increase after 3 months of service as union contract describes

**Position Summary**:
This is a union position. Members will be eligible for union rates, pension, and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Order entry, confirming charges for invoicing, and receipt entry for 4PL (fourth-party logistics) partner warehouses.
- Working collaboratively and sharing responsibilities with other co-workers.
- Assist in customer mailings and other communications as required.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience working with databases is an asset.

**Academic/Education Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
