**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and practices in all aspects of food handling and preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
