**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with their purchases and inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions will be key to enhancing their shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Capability to perform product demos that highlight key features.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.07 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
