Payroll and Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated **Payroll and Accounts Administrator** to join Sword Security's growing team Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Toronto, Dublin, London, and Cardiff. We are looking for a **full-time** **Payroll and Accounts Administrator** to join our growing team in Toronto. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process Payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Create AR invoices for customers using Quickbooks online.
- Process AP Invoices and supplier payments.
- Issue Customer statements
- Liaising with internal departments regarding any queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Contact Debtors regarding outstanding payments.
- Attend weekly meetings as necessary.
**Skills/Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a payroll / accounts administration role.
- Experience with Quickbooks online is essential.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
- Good Computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bilingual in French an added bonus
**Salary: $62,000.00**
