**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain employee records within payroll systems, including data entry and updates.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee classifications and benefits deductions.
- Utilize payroll software such as QuickBooks, ADP, UltiPro, or Workday for efficient payroll management.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems or updates to existing systems.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation related to payroll processes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Kronos) is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll processing is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees and management professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $44,394.26-$70,735.48 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
