**Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator**

Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota is looking for an Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator who will also be involved in assisting the controller with the day-to-day operations.

**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing the organization’s accounts payable processes and administering payroll functions. This dual-role ensures that all vendor payments are processed accurately and on time, and that employees are paid correctly and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable**:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (e.g., EFT, wire transfers, cheques, credit card payments)
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Assist with month-end closing and accruals related to payables

**Payroll Administration**:

- Collect, verify and process employee timesheets and payroll data
- Administer bi-weekly payroll using Reynolds Ignite Program.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for HR and Finance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable and/or payroll administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong Excel skills
- Dealership experience would be an asset

Ken Shaw Motors Limited is a family run, customer driven Lexus and Toyota Dealership in business for over 65 years. We are located in Toronto at 2336 St. Clair Avenue West, south of highways 400 and 401. We offer comfortable work environment, competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow within in this position.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
