We are currently looking for a talented team player to fill our full time (Mon.Fri. 8am-5pm) Rentals & Service Technician position. Excellent customer service coupled with a strong technical aptitude is a must. This position will preform in-house and field service along with scheduling rentals and maintaining the rental fleet.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt and courteous manor, preparing service estimates and rental quotes.
- Accurate processing of all inbound and outbound packages for the service and rental department, input information into SAP accounting system.
- On-site technical service for gas detection and various safety equipment.
- In-house service repairs and calibrations to customer equipment.
- Coordinate RMA’s for all vendor returns and facilitate return shipments.
- Coordinate customer rental and service bookings.
- Inventory management and tracking for the department.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required.
- Must have a technical aptitude, previous technical experience an asset.
- Self-motivated and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Valid drivers license.
- Well organized and able to multi-task.
- High attention to detail.
