**Job Summary**
Love working with your hands, leading a team, and turning outdoor spaces into something incredible? As a **Landscape Foreman**, you will be responsible for managing a crew in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes across beautiful Prince Edward Island. Reporting to the Landscape Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure that every project runs smoothly, safely, and looks amazing — all while guiding, training, and supporting your team.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Leading a hardworking crew of 2-6 landscape lead hands/labourers.
- Reading and bringing landscape plans to life with precision and creativity.
- Organizing daily tasks, keeping timelines on track, and delivering top-quality results.
- Operating a wide range of landscape equipment and tools like a pro.
- Keeping tools and equipment in great shape — because gear that works makes work better.
- Installing everything from lush lawns and plants to patios and retaining walls.
- Keeping the job site safe, clean, and looking sharp.
- Ensuring safety for yourself, your team, and everyone nearby.
- Embracing the great outdoors — rain or shine, you’re out there making it happen.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Experience or training in landscaping or construction? That’s a big plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High energy and physical ability — lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and moving like it’s no big deal.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
