**Role Summary**

**What You’ll Do**
- Lay and install pipes for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Prepare trenches for pipe installation, ensuring proper alignment and slope.
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings to ensure proper connections.
- Work with equipment operators to position and install large pipes and equipment.
- Perform tasks such as digging trenches, backfilling, and compacting soil.
- Ensure proper sealing of pipe joints and connections to prevent leaks and ensure system integrity.
- Assist with the inspection and testing of installed pipes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas regularly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing necessary protective gear and reporting safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members, including foremen, laborers, and equipment operators, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and meets company and regulatory standards.
- Perform any other related tasks or duties as assigned by the Site Foreman or Supervisor.

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in pipe laying, construction, or related fields (experience with water, sewer, and storm systems is a plus).
- Knowledge of pipe materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and trenching equipment.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively on the job site.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
