**About the Role**
We’re on the hunt for a **Landscape Foreman** who can lead our installation crews like a pro. You know your plants, your pavers, and your people. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, keep projects on track, and make sure every job looks and performs like a masterpiece.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret landscape plans, turning paper into real-world beauty
- Coordinate daily tasks, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment—because safety comes first
- Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

**What You Bring**
- At least 3 years of landscaping or construction experience (1+ years in a supervisory role)
- Knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation techniques
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Landscape Certification or Red Seal Apprenticeship is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license
