**Service Advisor**

Our lines of Motorcycles, ATV’s and Power Equipment are second to none and we strive to make sure that our customers feel the same way.

We are seeking a Service Manager to join out team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

As a Service Adviser, you will be a part of providing advice and guidance to both new and returning customers regarding the repairs and general maintenance of there Motor Vehicles and/or Power Equipment. You will be here to facilitate their needs with expert advice, detailed repair explanation and recommendations that will make their experience second to none.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Handle customer inquires and complaints_
- _Provide information about the products and services_
- _Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns_
- _Document and update customer records based on interactions_
- _Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services_
- _Process warranty claims_
- _Take part in training exercises and opportunities_
- _Schedule and Time Manage Customer appointments_
- _Time Manage several service technicians_

**Qualifications**:

- _Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields_
- _Previous experience in the Power Sports Industry or similar Automotive trade_
- _Ability to build rapport with clients_
- _Ability to prioritize and multitask_
- _Positive and professional demeanor_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Experience in Windows based computer systems_

**Salary**: $36,900.00-$45,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
