**Client Care Specialist**:
**Permanent: Part-time**

**Roles include but are not limited to**:

- organizing patient files
- providing on-going support to clinicians
- working with insurance companies, Veterans Affairs Canada, and WCB
- minor hearing aid cleaning, troubleshooting and repairs
- *On-going training and support will be provided as the position evolves._

**To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas**:

- excellent communication skills in-person, on the phone and in writing
- high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- an average typing speed of 50 words per minute
- high level of dependability, organization, and time management
- high level of kindness, patience, and professionalism always
- strong ability to take ownership of the role, anticipate needs of patients and the clinic, and work independently and in a team setting
- comfort with health-related sales
- strong motivation to increase clinic sales and patient database
- Clear understanding of the importance of hearing healthcare

**Benefits**:

- Hours are **Tuesdays 3pm-7pm** and **Fridays 8:45am-5pm** (total of 12.25 hours per week)
