**Doug Tarry Homes is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all activities align with project plans and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience including the transition to the service team upon closing
- Strong commitment to meet and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Work with and assist innovation team with new systems, processes, materials and construction practices to continually improve DTL brand
- Demonstrate the values of the organization
- Keen interest in aligning with the sustainability and innovation efforts of the organization
- Help build the customer for life philosophy by providing excellent customer service

**Experience**
- Completion of secondary school is preferred
- Highly experience knowledge of residential construction - trades/tasks/schedule
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings & plans
- An ability to prepare and interpret, enact, resolve build schedules
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Leadership skills in developing and engaging staff, including the delivery of life experience from senior staff to junior staff through mentoring
- Monitor daily, all aspects of construction on the applicable job site, delegate to site labour staff
- The ability to handle a variety of personality types including volatile or emotional individuals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

Additional pay:
