Concord Pacific Developments Inc. is Canada’s largest master-planned community builder. It was formed in 1987 to develop Concord Pacific Place on the former Expo lands in downtown Vancouver, Canada.

Over the past 30 years, The Concord Group of companies has also diversified into business sectors such as: software and information technology, telecommunications, and green energy projects in solar, wind and hydroelectric power generation.

Responsible in various aspects related to real estate marketing with the following in particular:
Plan and execute marketing launches and promotion programs

Organize sales events and community information booth

Liaise with various media and influencers; prepare and execute media and social media plan

Prepare Powerpoint presentation and information packages

Liaise with graphic designers, advertising agencies, copywriters and various consultants to prepare website, apps, on-line/off-line advertising, signage, marketing display items, printed materials, videos, TV/Radio commercials, show suites and sales centre display

Monitor market response/condition and closely liaise with sales team to update marketing programs for best results.

**Requirements**:
A methodic and organized person who has a passion in real estate and condo developments

High proficiencies in the following software: Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint & Team in particular), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere), html, Mailchimp, Eventbrite and JotForm

Fluent in the latest digital marketing techniques on popular social media platforms, influencer campaigns, online ads, programmatic advertising, SEO, and Google tools for marketing

In-depth knowledge in production of print and advertising materials as well as signage

Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale and high-profile events is a definite asset

Work experience related to graphic design, photography, video production & editing, computer generated images, animation or website/app development is an advantage

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the real estate business, advertising/public relations agencies, event planning or media organizations

An outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication and people skills

Fluent in English with excellent writing skills is necessary; proficiency in another language such as Punjabi, Hidi, Farsi, Chinese or French would be welcome

A dynamic team player; flexible to changes in job nature as and when required

May need to work extended hours and weekends occasionally or to travel occasionally
