Brad Mate Insurance Inc. is seeking a hardworking, driven, entrepreneurial producers with a killer instinct for sales. Who are interested in commission biased pay and have ownership in their book.
- Producer position
- Prior experience and RIBO Licence required
- 100% Commission Based, 50% split (New business and Renewals)
- 25% equity share of the producer’s total commissions after 10 years.
- Paid Training (two months)
- No office fees or overhead, RIBO Licencing included.
- Flexible hours
- Build your business within Brad Mate Insurance
- All major markets and smaller mutuals to sell for
- SIG broker management system and Applied CompuQuote integration.
- Small Family owned boutique brokerage that provides the producer with the autonomy to flourish, free from corporate control.

**Requirements**:

- RIBO Licenced
- Experience (Working for Broker)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Quick Learner and ability to adapt.
- Motivated to make sales.
- Strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Stronger customer survive skills.
- Able to generate leads.

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$93,818.60 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Niagara Falls, ON L2J 1M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
