The Marketing and Inventory Manager role within our organization is key to our team’s success. Maintaining a high company standard for our brands image is an important facet of this role in representing our organizations vision and value in the marketplace. A detail oriented individual with the ability to manage priorities will flourish in this role.
Job Duties:
**Daily**:
- Update and add descriptions for all fresh USED inventory pieces. Keeping to the proper format.
- Ensure all USED & NEW inventory has proper Trim levels displayed.
- Add CARFAX links to all fresh USED inventory on 1Source/Autotrader.
- Respond to positive Google reviews - negative ones check with GM/GSM/Service Manager for proper response.
- Respond to Facebook/Instagram comments/tags etc.
- Liaise with lot manager (Mara) on photographing inventory - NEW & USED. Ensuring all inventory photos are correct and uniform. Photograph all fresh NEW & USED pieces using Carpics app.
- Check in on Google Analytics Daily to make sure no “red flags.”
- Liaise with Photographer/Videographer (Matt) on social strategies/videos/photoshoots that need to be done.
- Always checking the website to ensure there are no errors/issues.
- Adding/Removing New or Outgoing staff from website.
- Check Mercedes portal for new promotional material to be used in-store/on social media/on website.
- Other duties as required.
**Monthly**:
- Assemble a monthly report for GM/GSM on Analytics/Social Media Stats/Website performance/Conversions - Lead Counts/Google Reviews and new strategies for the next month. Make social and analytics recommendations.
- Develop and create Vehicle Specials for the new month - Liaise with Management on what the actual Interest Rate/Discounts will be.
- Develop, create format, and build monthly newsletter - sending to Brian O’Boyle (DC Shack) confirming proofs with management prior to giving go
- ahead on send.
- Assemble/Create any new Print for monthly promotions. Source print companies for best price/product.
- Monthly Dealer Inspire meeting to go over website performance/analytics performance and conversions.
- Change over video montage on the coffee machine.
- Make sure website, google and social media have any “special” hours updated for any holidays etc.
- Other duties as required.
- Must Hold a valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
- Team oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Detail orientated with ability to work in fast paced work environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance
