**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Campaign Management: Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics and Optimization: Leverage advanced analytics to gauge campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Strategize to maximize the ROI of all digital marketing endeavors.
- Client Relations: Foster robust relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing customized digital marketing solutions that surpass their expectations.
- Innovative Experimentation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancement (you MUST embrace ai) in digital marketing to continuously refine our strategies and practices.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:

- Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful marketing teams and campaigns.
- Analytical Prowess: Outstanding ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and utilize these findings to enhance campaign performance and business results.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SerpStat, ClickUp and social media management tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong client and team relationships.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
