**Accounting Technician**

Accounting Technician will take ownership of all payment processing, inventory item creation and maintenance, and other administrative tasks. You are reliable with a positive attitude, team player, a quick learner and comfortable working in a computerized environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coding company credit card expenses including sales taxes
- Review statements from suppliers
- Review payment listings
- Follow up on supplier credit notes
- Create and modify inventory items in the company ERP system
- Act as a backup to process check deposits to the company bank account
- Assist with other accounting or administrative tasks as required

**Education and Experience**:

- DEP in administration, accounting or equivalent
- Accounting diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written)
- Detail Oriented
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a team
- Results-oriented
