**What you will do**
- Deliver personalized wealth management solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals
- Develop and deepen client relationships
- Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients
- Educate clients about all of the products, solutions, and services IPC provides
- Promote the value proposition of IPC
- Leverage Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships
- Use technology to enhance client experiences

**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary education in Business and/or 3-5 years of industry experience
- Completion of CSC/IFIC required
- MFDA licensed
- Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset
- Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients
- Strong desire for performance-driven compensation
- A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personalityThe base salary for this position is between **$58,600**:

- $97,700**annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
