We’re Hiring: Associate Financial Advisor (CSC + LLQP Required) Bridge Wealth & Benefits Inc. | Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Mississauga, Ontario Bridge Wealth & Benefits Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed Associate Financial Advisor to join our team and work along-side two experienced Senior Advisors. If you already hold your CSC and LLQP and are ready to take the next step to accelerate your career, this is an excellent opportunity. What You’ll Do Supporting Senior Advisors with financial planning, investment, and insurance recommendations Preparing investment proposals using Morningstar, CapIntel, and other tools Managing client accounts, renewals, and follow‑ups Conducting product and market research across investment and insurance solutions Processing applications and maintaining compliant documentation Preparing meeting materials and coordinating post‑meeting actions Contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the practice What You Bring CSC + LLQP (required — we can only consider licensed applicants) 3+ years of experience in financial services (advisory, investment, or insurance support) Post‑secondary education in a related field Knowledge of life, CI, disability, and travel insurance products Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly High attention to detail, organization, and client‑service mindset Comfortable with MS Office and learning new platforms French is an asset Why Join Us Competitive salary ($60,000-$65,000), bonus potential, and health/dental benefits Direct mentorship from seasoned Senior Advisors Meaningful client interaction and relationship‑building A collaborative, supportive environment where your growth matters Opportunities to take on more advisory responsibility as you progress If you’re a licensed financial professional looking for a role where you can grow, contribute, and build lasting client relationships, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
