**Job Description**:
Westminster Toyota is looking for a Part Time Evening Receptionist to answer the phone and greet customers.
Duties for this role include:

- Answering phones on the switchboard and directing calls
- Greeting customers in person and checking them in for their appointment
- Taking and delivering messages to the right person
- Making appointment reminder calls
- Stocking Inventory into computer
- Safely storing keys and inventory documentation
- Filing
- Cashing out Service customers after hours

**Qualifications**:
Applicants must be prompt, reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly phone manner. Customer service is very important.

Additional Information
Shifts for this job are on the following days and applicant **must** be available for all of these times:

- Monday
- Thursday 4-9 pm
- Friday 3-7 pm
- Possible weekend shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time
